Of all the pool games that I've played to date, to me, Pool Sharks is about 2 steps ahead of all the others.  The Pool Sharks' software isn't the most complex software online, but the usability is unmatched.  While other games are making a shot a 4 step process, Pool Sharks is easy to figure out, easy to use, and hopefully, easy to master.  We'll see if that last statement is true.

I'm Gonna Be A Pool Shark Yet

So I played a few games of pool on Pool Sharks, and I felt overwhelmed.  Here I was trying to figure out how to make a relatively easy shot, and the guys I was playing were making 5 ball runs and taking all of my fake money.

Finally I figured it out. The Pool Shark Ratings are backwards!  The iigher your ranking, the better you're supposed to be.  I was playing against guys  with 7000 rankings and getting my butt kicked consistently.  Now that I'm picking my opponents a little better, I'm seeing my own Pool Sharks ranking slide steadily up.  Hopefully this will continue, and I'll be taking real people's real money on Pool Sharks before you know it.
